I am overwhelmed with the professionalism of the AIM team! Not only did they deliver an amazing look and feel to my home with the Hunter Douglas blind, but they are super professional. They really took the time to understand my needs, and wants and made sure it was in my price point. Every meeting I had with them was super informative and gave me the freedom to chose what fit both my home and budget! Their prices are competitive and actually beat most other vendors. Every single team member really showed kindness and respected my home while in it. Finally, they were fast and efficient while putting all the blinds up for me, I would absolutely hire these guys again and again!

I highly recommend AIM Home Automation. We needed window treatments for our entire house, so we compared terms and quotes from three different companies before deciding to go with AIM. AIM seemed the most professional and customer oriented of all three companies, and they did not disappoint. From the consultation to scheduling and installation, they were incredibly prompt and responsive. They were very patient with me as I was trying to decide on colors and mechanisms, which was a very daunting process with so many windows. On the day of install, a team of nearly five people showed up right on time, and they quickly installed them in most of the house in just one day. They were courteous, respectful and thorough, which was much appreciated since we are both working at home. My husband and I remarked to each other several times through the process on how professional they are. We absolutely love our blinds and are so happy with the final product. It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend working with them to anyone looking to install blinds.
