The AIM Monitoring Program is included with every qualifying project and provides continued support throughout your manufacturer’s warranty period. If an eligible warranty claim is approved by the manufacturer, AIM will perform the associated service labor at no additional cost to you.

The AIM Monitoring Program follows the duration of the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. If the manufacturer accepts a warranty claim during its warranty period, AIM will cover the associated service labor.
Does it include motorized shades and smart home systems?
Yes. Products such as motorized window treatments and lighting control systems are included, provided the manufacturer approves the warranty claim.
What isn't covered?
The AIM Monitoring Program follows each manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Items generally not covered include accidental damage, misuse, pet damage, and other situations excluded by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Is the program transferable if I sell my home?
No. The AIM Monitoring Program is not transferable to a subsequent homeowner.
