Repair Visits
Sometimes things happen, but don’t worry, we have you covered! If one of your shades goes out of order, give us a call. We will schedule a time for one of our technicians to diagnose and fix the problem. We do our best to make repairs onsite when possible. However, in the event that the repair cannot be done at your home, we will facilitate the exchange with the manufacturer. Following the arrival of your replacement, we will install the new product. An AIM Membership covers all labor costs for our team to diagnose, repair, and lastly reinstall your working product.
Warranty Visits
All of our products are covered under warranty by our manufacturers, additionally, AIM Memberships cover the labor required to perform the warranty. First, we diagnose the problem, then we assist in the process of submitting claims to manufacturers. Once the replacement part or product arrives, we will schedule a time for one of our technicians to make the necessary installation.
Note: Under the circumstance, a part is not covered under warranty by the manufacturer, part replacement costs are not covered
Reprogramming Appointments
As the seasons change, so do your home’s lighting, privacy, and insulation requirements. For that reason, we offer appointments to help adjust your PowerView® settings or change your preferences. We can even assist you remotely as a result, saving you time.
Products Battery Replacements
We will supply newly charged batteries and then schedule a time for an AIM member to change them out for you.
